Dermatitis herpetiformis (Duhring's disease) presents with intense pruritus and a vesicular eruption.It is associated with a usually asymptomatic gluten-sensitive enteropathy.

A 24-year-old woman was referred to our department with a 10-year history of asymptomatic, white multiple, discrete, scleroid papules on her forearms.

患者女,24岁。因双侧前臂多发白色瘙痒性丘疹10年就诊。

The findings in asymptomatic control group included 2 cases of ileal polyp (2.50%), 2 cases of angiodysplasia (2.50%), 1 case of intestinal erosion (1.25%), and 1 case of jejunal ulcer (1.25%).

无消化道症状的体检者中发现：回肠息肉2例(2.50%)，小肠血管畸形2例(2.50%)，小肠黏膜糜烂1例(1.25%)，空肠孤立性溃疡1例(1.25%)。
