The External Laryngeal Nerve is a motor nerve, innervating the cricothyroid muscle and part of the transverse arytenoid muscle.

喉上神经外侧支为运动神经，支配甲肌和部分杓横肌。

The anterior two third of glottis (phonatory portion), mucosa over the posterior commissure and the arytenoids muscle all remain intact.

此过程只影响杓状软骨内侧，然而声门前三分之二发声区，后黏合处黏膜及杓状肌皆保持完好。
